Seaman’s books

On behalf of our custumors Crewsupport Business Services Bv can request for Dutch seaman’s books and has an active account at KIWA registry, so the seamansbook can be digitally applied. You can also ask for an emergency procedure. The seamansbook will be ready in two working days.

Certificates

Crewsupport Business Services BV can also apply for a new certificate or request an extension of the old certificate for Dutch seafarers. Crewsupport Business Services BV checks all documents and makes sure the certificates are given off within a reasonable period.

Endorsements

Crewsupport Business Services BV is specialized in applications for endorsements. These are Dutch certificates for foreign officers. Crewsupport Business Services BV asks for this endorsement directly at the Kiwa. The seafarer need not be physically present, we can apply for the endorsement with clearly scanned copies. For SMP (= Safe Manning Plan) the ratings do not need to be in possession of Dutch documents, they can sign on with STCW documents from their own country. If the captain/owners decided for whatever reason that your rating should get a Dutch seamansbook and / or a Dutch endosement… then this will be provided by the Maritime Law.

Sending your documents

If your documents have been issued by the KIWA, Crewsupport Business Services BV will ask you where to send the documents or to deliver them. DHL shipping can be arranged at the same day and delivering the documents at the airport is no problem at all!
