USA visa application for seafarers!

For many years Crewsupport  Business Services BV is specialized in the USA visa application. Due to the new system, introduced in June 2014, the application is simplified. In case of an extention it is even possible to apply the visa, without presence of the applicant!

The procedure:

The special application form of Crewsupport Business Services Bv can be requested by E-mail.
Please send a letter of guarantee as well, stating which visa your applicant needs to sail with “the mentioned” ship.

Dutch seafarers

• Fill out the DS160 form online
• Upload the DS160 form in the system of the USA consulate
• Pay the Visa
• Appointment with the appropriate person (standard is to meet on Schiphol Airport)
• OR; delver the documents to the USA Consulate.
• making the special (required) 5 x 5 cm portret photo, if the meeting is on Schiphol airport.
• Transport to the consulate in Amsterdam and after applying the visa, transportation back to Schiphol airport.
• Obtain the passport at the consulate when the visa is ready (in urgent cases)
• Deliver the passport to any requested address, or leaving the passport at the counter of Aviapartner at Schiphol.

Foreigners

European applicants can apply a  USA visa, when teh ship is in The Netherlands or a visit to the company or course is stated.  NON-EU applicants can only extend their visa, if the first visa application was made in their homecountry.
