Invitation letters

Since the new legislation effected from november 2010 it is unfortunately not possible – for no apparent reason – to arrange a Schengen visa on arrival for seafarers. Your crew will have to arrange a Schengen visa in their home country at the Dutch Consulate or the Consulate of the Schengen country where the ship will berth. Crewsupport Maritime Services BV is accredited to the Consulates of Manila, Jakarta, Kiev and Moscow, so the seafarer can arrange a Schengen visa with an Invitation Letter from Crewsupport Maritime Services BV.
